No Sweat Consultation Free
The No Sweat Consultation is a 30 minute sit down meeting between a new prospect and a CrossFit 133 Coach. This meeting is a chance for the prospective new member to get to know the coaching staff, enjoy a tour of the facility, talk about the new prospect’s goals and figure out the prospect’s appropriate fitness path at CrossFit 133. We are dedicated to tailoring the new member’s CF133 experience to fit their personal lifestyle to insure success within our community.
Pre-Entry Screening/Evaluation $35
This private 30 minute Pre-Entry Screening/Evaluation is mandatory for all new members at CrossFit 133. This is where a CF133 Coach will do a physical evaluation of the new member. Flexibility, mobility, stamina, body mechanics and relative strength will be evaluated and discussed to help our members best understand their body and how to most effectively develop proper movement patterns while building strength and fitness with less risk of injury.
CrossFit Foundations and Personal Training Package $200
3 weeks of beginner classes and 3 personal training sessions. The mobility screening is included in this package. In the CrossFit Foundations class, each member will learn about the 9 basic CrossFit movements: air squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, and clean. Basic nutrition and proper form are the main focus in this class. The new member will also use these 9 basic CrossFit movements in workouts that touch upon CrossFit’s 10 general physical skills.
CrossFit $185 monthly
“Master the Basics; Explore the World” is our mantra. This is our premier training program that builds strength and conditioning through extremely varied and challenging workouts. Each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specializing in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that’s capable of practically anything and everything. CrossFit Lite $160
The CrossFit Lite class is a fun 45 minutes that includes a good warmup, mobility, and having a great workout. It’s bootcamp with brains: you’ll learn a bit, sweat a lot, and go home feeling great. This class uses kettle bells, running, rowing, calisthenics, boxes, and rings. This class does not use barbells and does not include powerlifting or olympic lifting.
Personal Training $70/hr
A member may choose Personal Training for a variety of reasons. CF133 personal trainers help members build good habits. A CF133 personal trainer is part coach, part cheerleader, part kinesiologist, part physicist, and part fan. The sessions will be individually tailored to the member’s goals. The hours for personal training are more flexible than the group classes. Members in other CF133 programs may also do personal training to work on specific skills and goals.
*Mobility included in all CrossFit memberships
At CF 133 we offer mobility classes and have a CrossFit certified mobility trainer writing the program. Being mobile means you can move without restriction and can achieve full range positions in your exercise. It is not enough just to identify these mobility restrictions; we can help you overcome them with our mobility classes. Project 15 Fitness Programs
Project 15 Fitness Kids
$100 month 2 days a week / $65 1 day
Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:30-5:15, $100 for a 4 week session, Family rate of $80 if more than one family member participates in any of our programs.
Project 15 Fitness Kids teaches Footwork, Agility and Speed Training for kids ages 8 to 13. This program, designed to motivate children at an early age, makes fitness fun while simultaneously improving and refining gross motor skills.
Project 15 Fitness Kids will benefit young athletes and non-athletes by teaching them to enjoy day-to-day challenges of training without feeling intimidated, ultimately resulting in a lifetime of physical fitness. Children will learn and have the opportunity to participate in the following training:
- Corework: medicine ball exercises
• Plyometric training: box jumps
• Speed & Agility drills: ladder, cone and hurdle training for quick footwork
• Nutrition education
• Flexibility education
• Fun games and much more!!!
Project 15 Running )Individualized Training) $100 monthly
Do you have a race you are trying to get ready for? 5k, 10k, Half-Marathon, Marathon, Ultra. Maybe a charity event you want to be prepared for? We can provide you with a professional training program to help you reach your unique goals. Members of this program will have day to day workouts that you can do on your own. You workouts will be delivered to you via email and by our coaching software called FinalSurge. A complementary consultation, 2 phone calls per month and unlimited emails are included
