We are excited to announce our partnership with Coaches Graham Eaton and Katelin Invernizzi to bring Performance First: High School and Collegiate Athlete Training Camp to CrossFit 133 and Project 15 Fitness, LLC this summer.
Performance First is a comprehensive strength and conditioning program that allows for application to all athletic arenas. The vision is centered around teaching and enhancing the broad skill set that comprises athletic performance. Performance First places emphasis only on purposeful and functional movements as the vessel that allows young athletes to prepare for the upcoming seasons and target areas that need to be developed. The program seeks to help the athlete internalize skills and progressions that can be taken away from the program into the competitive season and beyond. We seek to promote independence and confidence. Performance is and should be the underlying goal of any off-season regimen. Performance First includes….
1. Dynamic Warm ups/ sprint drills
5. Speed Work and alactic training (sport specific conditioning)
Performance First will be running Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10:30-12:00.

Session 2 July 24-August 11
3 days a week $130 each session
2 days a week $120,
