The No Sweat Consultation is a 20 minute sit down meeting between a new prospect and a CrossFit 133 Coach. This meeting is a chance for you to get to know the coaching staff, enjoy a tour of the facility, and talk about you goals. We are dedicated to tailoring a new member’s CF133 experience to fit your personal lifestyle to ensure success within our community.
This private 60 minute Pre-Entry Screening/Evaluation is mandatory for all new members at CrossFit 133. This is where a CF133 Coach will do a physical evaluation of the new member. Flexibility, mobility, stamina, body mechanics and relative strength will be evaluated and discussed to help our members best understand their body and how to most effectively develop proper movement patterns while building strength and fitness with less risk of injury. During this screening, a CrossFit 133 coach will advise on the best program to fit your needs and goals. Our programs are CrossFit, Personal Training, and BootCamp.

A member may choose Personal Training for a variety of reasons. CF133 personal trainers help members build good habits. A CF133 personal trainer is part coach, part cheerleader, part kinesiologist, part physicist, and part fan. The sessions will be individually tailored to the member’s goals. The hours for personal training are more flexible than the group classes. Members in other CF133 programs may also do personal training to work on specific skills and goals.
P15 Fit Kids is our method for teaching kids about fitness. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, we emphasize good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. A vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function and better school study habits.

Building a teen's confidence in the gym translates to a stronger performance on the field.
This 6 week program specifically focuses on high school sports speed and conditioning.

This program is preseason training for youth football payers. A challenging mix of age appropriate strength training and football specific conditioning.

“Master the Basics; Explore the World” is our mantra. This is our premier training program that builds strength and conditioning through extremely varied and challenging workouts. Each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specializing in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that’s capable of practically anything and everything.

Come train at CrossFit 133 for the summer while you are home on break! Sign up now through June 1, 2019 to have access to the adult classes throughout the entire summer!
Pay just $420 (save $135 off regular price!) for 3 months of training during your summer break (June 1- Sept 1). Come 4 days a week and that’s just $8 per class! Membership must be paid in full before or on June 1.

The Sunday Morning Barbell Club is a specialty class that we offer for free to our CrossFit 133 Members. This class is our HARDEST CLASS of the week.

The Barbell 101 class is designed for beginners and novice lifters. We teach the lifts by breaking them down for everyone to easily learn and have fun. Anyone can take this class. It's fun and the pace is relaxed.

Finding the time to workout when you have young children can be challenging. We offer a supervised KidCare room included with your membership. This program is available during the 9:30AM classes on Mondays and Wednesdays and on Saturdays at 8:30AM.
