Step 1

No Sweat Consultation

The No Sweat Consultation is a 20 minute sit down meeting between a new prospect and a CrossFit 133 Coach. This meeting is a chance for you to get to know the coaching staff, enjoy a tour of the facility, and talk about you goals. We are dedicated to tailoring a new member’s CF133 experience to fit your personal lifestyle to ensure success within our community. 

 

Step 2

Mobility Screening

$35

This private 60 minute Pre-Entry Screening/Evaluation is mandatory for all new members at CrossFit 133. This is where a CF133 Coach will do a physical evaluation of the new member. Flexibility, mobility, stamina, body mechanics and relative strength will be evaluated and discussed to help our members best understand their body and how to most effectively develop proper movement patterns while building strength and fitness with less risk of injury. During this screening, a CrossFit 133 coach will advise on the best program to fit your needs and goals. Our programs are CrossFit,Personal Training, and BootCamp.

Your Success is Our Goal

 Our new clients will quickly find out that we’re very different from other gyms. First we don’t use much equipment (we prefer to train your body to move in ways for which it was built.) This approach is far from the industry standard, we know; that’s fine with us.  Instead of parking you on a machine for an hour, our workouts and exercises improve the way you move, lessen your chance for injury, and help you live your life better – even experience more things.

KidCare

Finding the time to workout when you have young children can be challenging. We offer a supervised KidCare room included with your membership.  This program is available during the 9:30AM classes on Mondays and Wednesdays and on Saturdays at 8:30AM.

CrossFit

$185 Month

“Master the Basics; Explore the World” is our mantra. This is our premier training program that builds strength and conditioning through extremely varied and challenging workouts.  Each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specializing in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that’s capable of practically anything and everything. 

Personal Training

$70 Hour

 A member may choose Personal Training for a variety of reasons. CF133 personal trainers help members build good habits. A CF133 personal trainer is part coach, part cheerleader, part kinesiologist, part physicist, and part fan. The sessions will be individually tailored to the member’s goals. The hours for personal training are more flexible than the group classes. Members in other CF133 programs may also do personal training to work on specific skills and goals.

BootCamp

“I regret doing that kickass workout.” Said no one. Ever.

P15 Fitness Bootcamp with Coach Neesh 

$80 a month
Tuesday , Wednesday & Thursday 6:30pm

P15 Fit Kids

$110 month - family rates available

Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:30-5:30PM

Project 15 Fitness Kids teaches Footwork, Agility and Speed Training for kids ages 8 to 13. This program, designed to motivate children at an early age, makes fitness fun while simultaneously improving and refining gross motor skills.

Project 15 Fitness Kids will benefit young athletes and non-athletes by teaching them to enjoy day-to-day challenges of training without feeling intimidated, ultimately resulting in a lifetime of physical fitness.

Performance First for Teens

4 weeks September 11th - Oct. 4th


We are very happy to announce that Performance First is going to continue in the fall. Fall Performance First Days Tuesday 7:30pm - 8:30pm Thursday 7:30pm - 8:30pm Saturday 11:00am - 12:30 Membership Options - 2 days a week - 3 days a week Membership Fee - $130 for 3 days a week - $120 for 2 days a week Session Dates September 11th to October 4th (4 weeks) 

Performance First places emphasis only on purposeful and functional movements as the vessel that allows young athletes to prepare for the upcoming seasons and target areas that need to be developed. The program seeks to help the athlete internalize skills and progressions that can be taken away from the program into the competitive season and beyond. We seek to promote independence and confidence. Performance is and should be the underlying goal of any off-season regimen 

Healthy Girls Go

Our Healthy Girls Go running program is back for its 3rd season this fall! 👟

Coach Agnieszka Tes makes fitness fun, leads each week with a healthy topic, and helps build positive self esteem and relationships amongst the girls. Will your daughter be part of the team?!
