We value the safety of our athletes and coaches. We restrict classes to 7 athletes indoors or 16 athletes outside, all socially distant. We follow diligent cleaning protocols of all equipment and common areas.
The No Sweat Consultation is a 20 minute in person meeting or phone call between a new prospect and a CrossFit 133 Coach. This meeting is a chance for you to get to know the coaching staff, enjoy a tour of the facility, and talk about you goals. We are dedicated to tailoring a new member’s CF133 experience to fit your personal lifestyle to ensure success within our community.
This private 45 minute Pre-Entry Screening/Evaluation is mandatory for all new members at CrossFit 133. This is where a CF133 Coach will do a physical evaluation of the new member. Flexibility, mobility, stamina, body mechanics and relative strength will be evaluated and discussed to help our members best understand their body and how to most effectively develop proper movement patterns while building strength and fitness with less risk of injury. During this screening, a CrossFit 133 coach will advise on the best program to fit your needs and goals. Our programs are CrossFit, Personal Training, and BootCamp.
4 Personal Training hours with a coach to fit your schedule & 4 hours of Community Workouts (Saturdays at 8:30). This is a great way to jump right in at your convenience.
“Master the Basics; Explore the World” is our mantra. This is our premier training program that builds strength and conditioning through extremely varied and challenging workouts. Each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specializing in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that’s capable of practically anything and everything.

A non-member or Member may choose Personal Training for a variety of reasons. Our personal trainers help members build good habits. A 133 personal trainer is part coach, part cheerleader, part kinesiologist, part physicist, and part fan. The sessions will be individually tailored to the member’s goals. The hours for personal training are more flexible than the group classes. Members especially are encouraged to leverage personal training to work on specific skills and goals.

Help your child level up their soccer skills at our 4 week Soccer Clinic run by 2017 Seacoast United Phantoms Forward Donnett Sackie. Kids ages 10 - 14 are invited to get their soccer to the next level, working on technique, accuracy, and game strategy.
