Our program is for people who want to lose weight and body fat, build physical strength and confidence, get results that last, and get off the diet roller-coaster once and for all. We don't believe in crazy diets. Instead we believe in helping you build habits that will get you results that will last forever.
Our expert nutrition coaching will provide you with the support, guidance and accountability every step of the way, no matter what life throws at you. We're in this together.
Our personal coaching will work with you to customize your focus and direction with your nutrition journey. During the one-on-one coaching sessions, you tell us what you want to achieve and we learn about your lifestyle, needs, and specific goals. We work together to find the actions and habits that you can incorporate into your daily life, without it taking over.
Ongoing sessions provide you with valuable time to "check in". Together we will discuss how you are doing on your plan, make any adjustments, answer questions and set new goals. These visits are all about you - getting the guidance and motivation you need to succeed.
Our group sessions are held twice monthly. These offer members the ability to discuss current successes and struggles with each other and also partake in a a coach-led discussion on a new relevant nutrition topic. These valuable meetings truly remind us that we're not in this alone!
